Description |
Dalton City Schools Administration building. This building, modeled after Philadelphia, Pennsylvania's Independence Hall, formerly served as the US Post Office building and was later the home of the Carpet and Rug Institute and the Dalton/Whitfield Chamber of Commerce. A set of concrete stairs leads to the front door and four multi-paned windows flank the door. The door and windows are surmounted with an arched-brick recess.
