Triple image postcard of Dalton Tourist Court and Restaurant. Caption reads: A fine place to eat and sleep. Dalton Tourist court and Restaurant - 1/2 mile South of City Limits, Highway 41, Dalton, Ga. Top half of postcard is image of motel and restaurant. Motel is situated on a small rise with driveway leading up to rooms. Chairs and gliders are placed in front of the rooms. Residential houses are visible behind motel. Restaurant has signs announcing "Home Cooked Food - Tenderized Steaks - Chops" and "Air Conditioned". Lower half of postcard is divided between two images of motel rooms. Each room has two beds covered with chenille bedspreads, lamps, area rugs, and chairs. Each room has a private bathroom. |
