Privates are standing in four rows behind them on the steps of a building on Barnhardt Circle. All are wearing full dress uniforms including knee-high, front-laced boots. a sergeant on the front row is holding a dog--the troop mascot. Names of troopers are written on the reverse side but there is no correlation between names and seating arrrangement. |
