Description |
The Ark from Dalton, Georgia's Temple Beth-El synagogue. The Ark holds the Torah, the holy book of the Jewish faith. The Torah contains the first five books of the Hebrew Bible. The Ark is stored in the Bandy Center's Reading Room for safekeeping until a more proper storage place can be found. |
